How to sign in with an Xtream Codes login

An Xtream Codes login is three things: a server URL, a username and a password. Here is what each one is, how to enter them in Aina on any device, and what to check when it will not connect.

What your provider sends

FieldLooks likeAlso called
Server URLhttp://example.com:8080Portal, host, server, DNS
Usernameyour_nameUser, login
Passworda1b2c3d4Pass

The server URL is an address with a port, the number after the colon. Some providers send it without http:// in front; that is fine.

Most M3U links from an Xtream Codes panel carry the whole login inside them:

http://example.com:8080/get.php?username=your_name&password=a1b2c3d4&type=m3u_plus

  • The server URL is everything before /get.php: http://example.com:8080.
  • The username follows username=: your_name.
  • The password follows password=, up to the next &: a1b2c3d4.

Signing in with those three usually gives you more than the playlist does: films and series with their details, and the guide without a separate link.

  1. 1

    Open Aina

It opens on Add your subscription the first time. Otherwise, go to Settings, then Subscriptions, then Add a subscription.

  2. 2

    Choose Xtream Codes

    The first tab.

  3. 3

    Enter the server URL

With its port. You can leave out http://, and anything after the port is ignored, so a longer address copied from your provider still works.

  4. 4

    Enter your username and password

Exactly as sent. Both are case-sensitive.

  5. 5

    Name it and connect

Give it a name if you like, and tap Connect. Live TV, films, series and the guide load in.

When it will not connect

  • “Could not reach the server.” Check the port, and whether your provider’s address starts with http:// or https://: type the one they gave. If the provider has several addresses, try another.
  • “Wrong username or password.” Look for a space copied at the start or the end, and for letters in the wrong case. Copy and paste rather than retyping where you can.
  • “This subscription has expired.” or “This subscription is not active.” Your provider can renew or activate it. Once you are signed in, Aina shows a line’s expiry date with the subscription.
  • “That address answered, but not like an Xtream portal.” The address is a website rather than the panel, or the panel is behind a different port. Check it with your provider.
  • A channel will not play after signing in. Many lines allow one or two streams at a time: stop playing on another device and try again.

Questions and answers

No. Xtream Codes is the name of panel software many providers run to manage their lines. Your provider is whoever sold you the login.

You can add it on as many as you like. How many can play at the same time is up to your provider.

No. Aina adds it if you leave it out. If your provider gave an https:// address, type that.
